Get 'er done!

The Boys working on the backyard!

We are so excited that the weather has been warm! Our landscaping is finally coming together and Kyle has started working on the deck. We have a bet for the deck to be done by the end of July!!! We hope to have a couple months where we can enjoy the warm weather and amazing Colorado sunsets! So far, we have the holes dug for the posts and a new concrete walkway in the front of the house.
Although work is busy and longer each day, Kyle still loves what he is doing and enjoys going to work each day. Jennifer has only one class left and will be graduating August 6th. She has been working very hard and surviving 8 hours per day in the classroom and then clinicals.
Our car is slowly falling apart and it currently does not have air conditioning or a working rear window. Jennifer tries to laugh about it all even though it's not the most ideal situation for her to be 6 months pregnant in 90+ degree weather. Earlier this week her midwife sent her to the hospital for a possible blood clot in her leg but, praise the Lord, the scan came back negative. Jennifer is feeling the baby kick all the time now! At last weeks appointment she was measuring perfectly and the heart rate was in the 140s. Kyle is enjoying being a dad-to-be! He loves it when he can feel the baby and loves talking to it. Jennifer can't be more blessed with such an amazing godly huband that takes such good care of his family.
We feel very blessed to be celebrating our two year anniversary on July 5th! These two years have gone by too fast. We also feel extremely blessed to be where we are today and thank God for showering us with his many blessings!

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
