4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol.
Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it!

Easter weekend was very busy but we had sooooo much fun! This is Jamin's first easter! Saturday morning we went to our recreation center for their annual easter egg hunt. We were so happy to have my family be able to celebrate this time with us!
I couldn't resist making some bunny ears for my little bunny!

My sister and nieces, Kaydence and Addy, taking some pictures with the Easter bunnies

So cute!

They had the easter egg hunts split up into age groups. This is the 0-2 years old. Jamin didn't know what to think lol

I made sure to get him lots of eggs lol....maybe to many

The Big Bad Burrito!

Kyle was going to take the challenge but wanted to get his feet wet before he dove into it. We plan on going back for Kyle to take the Challenge...you have to eat two Big Bad Burritos in less than 45 minutes!

They also had Giant Cinnamon rolls! YUMMMM

Saturday night we went up to see Kyle's brother Craig and his family because they would not be able to make it down for Easter Sunday. We had so much fun

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables!  I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. It was hard to keep these two together in the front so we headed out back! Nathan loved exploring! Showing me a sweet rock that he found! Jamin exploring too! Wondering where he should go next. There are so many things to see in our backyard  The boys looking at the rocks and weeds lol Nathan showing Jamin the treasure (weed) that he found! We played on the swings for a while too. One would be in this swing while I held the other in the other swing! (Sorry my...

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
