Catching Up

Oh my goodness....Life had been busy and I honestly haven't been very good at taking pictures :(. Jamin is constantly on the move so I have been super busy chasing him around and trying to get everything done during his naps. I just put him down for a morning nap so we will see if I can get this post out.
Things have been going really well! I still love being home and we have been able to spend a lot more time together as a family lately (A huge answered prayer). It's hard to tell if things are starting to slow down for Kyle at work or if we have been more intentional about seeing each other in the mornings and during the day. It's been nice regardless. Taking this long of time between blogs makes it hard to fit everything in that I want to put out there so I will just leave it at that and give you a few pictures.
Jamin at the park...eating the grass lol
My little buddies. Of course Jamin is still eating the grass

Date with Grandma VanHorn at Baskin Robbins...His first taste of heaven!

He loved it! But not for long...it was sooo sweet. Maybe he'll like real ice cream instead of the sherbert.

Cousins at Focus...you can't see Karen in this one though
Cousins...we are trying to get Kingston to teach Jamin how to walk.

Hanging out with Grandpa Terry!

I went to put some laundry in the washer and came out to this. I don't know how he managed to climb in there all by himself

Crazy!

Jamin is standing up on his own and has officially taken his first step but no walking yet.

Do you see the tree behind his crib..yah, he pulled that one down before falling asleep.

Rock the Range Concert. We had a blast but had to leave early to go to an engagement party.

Making silly faces with daddy

Such a big boy!

Our friend Tyler made these awesome hats!

Jamin and Tyler switching hats

So silly!

Lifting our hands and praising our Lord, God Almighty!!!

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables!  I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. It was hard to keep these two together in the front so we headed out back! Nathan loved exploring! Showing me a sweet rock that he found! Jamin exploring too! Wondering where he should go next. There are so many things to see in our backyard  The boys looking at the rocks and weeds lol Nathan showing Jamin the treasure (weed) that he found! We played on the swings for a while too. One would be in this swing while I held the other in the other swing! (Sorry my...

4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Group picture after taking the tour We can never get a great shot of the boys lol These were taken in their really awesome play area! Love this picture! Stroller parking!!! A smile that makes my heart melt everytime! Jamin and Nathan Mommy was way too big for this little boat lol Silly faces  We also went to the zoo with Sonya and Nathan last week. Here are a few pictures! We even go the moose in the picture! Jamin got scared of the big hippo :( ...

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
