Weekend In Denver

After the Megan's Bridal Shower on Saturday we headed to our hotel in downtown Denver. We used some points from our credit card to score a free hotel room and free breakfast. We love staying at the Hyatt Regency because of the location and amazing breakfast buffet! We have stayed there numerous times only because of the food lol.

After we got checked in to the hotel we headed out to find a good place to eat dinner on the 16th Street Mall.
The Broncos happened to be playing this night and earlier that day Jamin was given this outfit! It is a little big but he LOVES it. He wanted to wear it all weekend.

We have always wanted to ride on the horse carriages that go up and down 16th Street Mall! We didn't have much cash on us but we were able to talk the guy down to giving us a 10 minute ride for what we had! He ended up giving us 20 minutes!!!

Jamin was very heristant to ride it at first.

Jamin got a lot more comfortable after a couple minutes! He wanted to ride by himself lol

Moving over to daddy's side

Jamin the ride is over buddy!
We ate at a great BBQ place and then walked over to PinkBerry for some icecream for daddy and Jamin.
Back at the hotel we got ready for some pool time!

I forgot to pack the boys swimsuits and my swim suit so Jamin went in his underwear and Landin had a massive diaper butt! It all worked out great though. I was there ready with towels for the boys!

The pool was a little chilly so we headed out to the hot tub!
Two tired little boys! We decided to let them sleep in the bed with us. This was Landin's first time ever sleeping in the bed with us. It was a rough night for Kyle and I with these two bed hogs.

The next morning we headed out for some more fun. We went to city park and got some lunch. Lucky us...we got to see the final day of the USA PRO Challenge.

Waiting for the bus! I think that was Jamin's favorite thing lol. He still talks about Denver and the bus rides

USA Pro Cycling Challenge!

The boys getting to watch the action before we foun a spot to eat some lunch!
I know I am a horrible mom, McDonalds for lunch lol

Landin didn't seem to mind it!

A little time to explore!

After lunch we headed back to the hotel to check out and get the boys in the truck for a nap. We stayed in Denver for a concert that started at 5pm. Our friend Chaz Miles (also performed at our wedding) was performing with Sanctus real, KJ-52 and Kutless. The concert was called Rock for the Cause. The boys got pretty restless and we didn't get to stay long. In fact, we were pretty busy trying to get them to stay as long as we could so I didn't get any pictures :(. After te concert we headed home.

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
