No training wheels!

A few weekends ago Jamin was out riding his 'big boy bike' around our cul-de-sac and asked if Kyle would take the little wheels off (training wheels). Kyle and I looked at each other and decided that we would raise them up so he would wobble more but didn't take them all the way off. Jamin got about half-way out in our cul-de-sac and asked Kyle again if he could just take the little wheels off. He took them off knowing that it would just show Jamin how hard it is to ride a bike with no training wheels but Jamin proved us wrong. Without hesitation or fear he jumped on his bike (with Kyle right behind him) and just started riding around the cul-de-sac with no help! I quickly ran into the house to get the camera and capture his next ride!

VIDEO: Jamin with no training wheels!

WOW! So amazed by Jamin and how often he surprises me.
I often think that Jamin made no big deal about riding a bike and that he is so young that he will never know how big of a milestone this is. I can still remember learning how to ride my bike and how amazing it felt that first time I 'got it'. Hopefully Jamin isn't too young and that he will remember this moment!

Another VIDEO to leave you with: Fun with daddy on the goPED! (Am I really going to have three boys? lol)

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
