Homecoming week in our small town!

I have been really enjoying living in a small town but still being close to Colorado Springs. We love our neighbors and love how close our town really is. The Falcons had their homecoming weekend and we got to enjoy some of the festivities!
Friday night we went to the high school football game. We played Rampart High School and won! Kyle told me the the Falcons football team is ranked 3rd in the state for 4A! We sat with our neighbors at the game and Jamin and Landin loved watching!

Saturday we went to our neighbor Jayden's soccer game. He is the only freshman to make varsity! Jamin loves watching Jayden play and always talks about soccer now lol. Kyle was working so I didn't get many pictures at the game because I was trying to juggle two boys by myself lol.

Jayden is number 4. He played most of the game but was taking a break during this picture.

Saturday night was the dance...Jayden and Emilee came over before heading out! Both were nominated for homecoming court for their classes.

Jayden (Freshman) went with friends and Emilee (Junior) went with her boyfriend, Jake.

Jamin wanted to be Emilee's date! So cute!

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables! I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. 4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous! Just driving in Harvey! We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
