Jamin's 3rd Birthday Part 2

We had Jamin's birthday party with family on his actual birthday. I thought that inviting just family to this would be less stressful for me but I really missed having all of our friends and neighbors there so I decided that next year we are going to invite everyone again. I just loving hosting and having everyone over to celebrate these things with us.

Grandma came over early to help me set up...she brought Jamin a little present to open before the party!

Last time she watched Jamin, he mentioned that he really likes dinosaurs so she got him these really neat dinos!

Since we did the party early I decided to have breakfast food! Instead of having a cake and donuts I opted to not make another cake and just have the donuts for the cake part!

Kyle and I wanted Jamin to wait until he was 3 to have gum and today was finally the day! He was loving every minute of getting to chew some gum! I also love how all the kids wore their tool belts after they got them!

Jamin got a new booster seat! He loves it but only got to ride in it for a total of 1 week....more to come on that...

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables! I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. 4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous! Just driving in Harvey! We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
