Valentine's Day 2015

Wow...way behind but still not giving up on our blog because I know how important it is to document this stuff! I hope all the boys will appreciate it later in life ;). Here is a peak into how we spent our Valentine's Day. Kyle and I always feel so blessed to have both sets of parents living close by. We get a weekly date night and always have the help when we need it. We offered to carry on that blessing to our friends Matt and Sonya on Valentine's day. We were very humbled that they allowed us to watch their wonderful boys overnight on Valentine's Day!

Starting out with a little arts and crafts while dinner is being prepped.

Kyle and I made ourselves a cauliflower crust pizza and then made his mom's amazing homemade pizza dough recipe for the kids. We tried to keep it all heart/love themed.

Josh washing his hand before he made his own personal pizza! He was such a big helper all night!
The boys getting at it! I loved all their excitement and interest in this dinner!

A quick pic of Dylin helping out in the kitchen!

Looks yummy!

The boys ate SOOOO much! I was so impressed.

Asking Kyle to make paper airplanes!

Chocolate fondue for dessert! Again they ate way to much food...it was so tasty!
Camping out in the living room!...A boys dream lol...well sort of. You could tell Josh started to miss his mommy and daddy a little. While I was putting Dylin down, Josh threw up. Thankfully Kyle was there to comfort him and clean everything up. I'm guessing it was partly due to eating way too much sugar during dessert.

They all made it through the night and had fun eating cinnamon rolls, eggs and fruit in the morning.

Such a fun night! Thank you for the fun, Nathan and Josh!

Sorry, just found these pictures....

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables!  I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. It was hard to keep these two together in the front so we headed out back! Nathan loved exploring! Showing me a sweet rock that he found! Jamin exploring too! Wondering where he should go next. There are so many things to see in our backyard  The boys looking at the rocks and weeds lol Nathan showing Jamin the treasure (weed) that he found! We played on the swings for a while too. One would be in this swing while I held the other in the other swing! (Sorry my...

4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Group picture after taking the tour We can never get a great shot of the boys lol These were taken in their really awesome play area! Love this picture! Stroller parking!!! A smile that makes my heart melt everytime! Jamin and Nathan Mommy was way too big for this little boat lol Silly faces  We also went to the zoo with Sonya and Nathan last week. Here are a few pictures! We even go the moose in the picture! Jamin got scared of the big hippo :( ...

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
