Jamin on the potty!

I thought I might post this first before trying to post about our Florida Vacation. The day before we left for Florida, Jamin started going 'wee wee' on the potty! It came as a big surprise because we haven't been potty training to trying any methods yet. I bought the potties a couple months ago off of craigslist so that I had them before the baby arrived. We still are not going to start potty training until Jamin is 2 years old so until then we will continue to encourage his amazing curiosity and efforts!
Jamin frequently says 'paw' (potty) and so Kyle and I thought we could encourage him by sitting him on the potty when he says he needs to go. Well, this special day he had the urge and so I put him on the potty and he went 'wee wee'!!!! I couldn't believe it but once I got over the initial shock I ran to go get the camera. Jamin had already gotten down and flushed the toilet (lol he loves doing that) by the time I got back to take pictures :(.
Way to go Jamin!

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
