Father's Day Weekend

Saturday night we went out to dinner with my parents for Father's Day. We took my dad to Rudy's BBQ off of highway 24. It was so yummy but my only regret is that I didn't take any pictures :(.
Sunday morning I just wanted it to be our little family so Kyle, Jamin and I (and the dogs- we were watching Tori) headed out. We planned a nice morning at Fox Run Park.

Silly Malachi on our drive

The dogs couldn't wait to jump in the water

Kyle throwing the ball for the dogs to go fetch!

Malachi shaking off right near Jamin lol

It was a race to get the ball!

Great form malachi lol

Tori is such a cutie

More shaking

Jamin found the creek and jumped right in

He liked picking up the different rocks on the bottom

One of Kyle's father's day gifts....he really needed a new lunch box
After our time at the lakes we drove down to the playground and had a little picnic before playing. I stayed at our picnic while the boys went and played. It was so hot out so I stayed in the shade with the dogs.

Jamin has been obsessed with slides lately

He kept climbing up and sliding down and saying 'AGAIN?'
We headed home after some playing and Jamin took a long nap. During his nap we opened up another one of Kyle's presents lol. He has been talking about these ear candles for forever so we started them up!

Ear Wax....gross
That afternoon we headed over to Kyle's parents house to celebrate father's day and a few birthdays.
Everyone flocked to the trampoline

searching for treasures under the trampoline

Craig soaring over Iylah

Jamin looking up at everyone on the deck

Everyone starting to join in on the fun

Out come the bubbles

Grandma and Aunt Lisa showing Jamin how to work the bubble gun

He liked chasing the bubbles better

Of course...Watermelon has been Jamin's favorite food this summer

It was just too hot out not to get the water going so we stripped Jamin down to his diaper

Grandpa started the fun by putting the hose under the trampoline and then jumping on it

Jamin wasn't too sure about everything

What a hottie!!! Kyle put on an extra pair of his dad's swim trunks

he was all embarrassed lol

hold on there fatty...is the trampoline going to hold you lol

I hung out in the safe dry zone with our little nephew Noah

A better alternative for the boys...they didn't like the trampoline with the water too much

This looks like it was going to hurt but it didn
Grandma and Grandpa brought out the pool too!

The greats! Great Grandma and Grandpa and Greatest Aunt Lisa!

Kyle and his brother Craig having fun with the camera modes and doing flips on the trampoline

The rest of the cousins show up and join in on the fun

Happy Father's Day!

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables!  I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. It was hard to keep these two together in the front so we headed out back! Nathan loved exploring! Showing me a sweet rock that he found! Jamin exploring too! Wondering where he should go next. There are so many things to see in our backyard  The boys looking at the rocks and weeds lol Nathan showing Jamin the treasure (weed) that he found! We played on the swings for a while too. One would be in this swing while I held the other in the other swing! (Sorry my...

4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Group picture after taking the tour We can never get a great shot of the boys lol These were taken in their really awesome play area! Love this picture! Stroller parking!!! A smile that makes my heart melt everytime! Jamin and Nathan Mommy was way too big for this little boat lol Silly faces  We also went to the zoo with Sonya and Nathan last week. Here are a few pictures! We even go the moose in the picture! Jamin got scared of the big hippo :( ...

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
