Random Times with Friends and Family

We meet weekly at Chick Fil A for Bible study and this day happened to be the day where if you dressed like a cow you got a free meal. Jamin got to meet the cow for the first time. I'm shocked that he wasn't even scared! Go Jamin!

Jamin even gave the cow a High-5!

Enjoying a Sunday afternoon with just the family!

Jamin is getting so good at walking with us.

Making it all the way up the hill.

My wonderful family...even Malachi!

A smile that makes me melt!

He finally understands the concept of a Sippy cup! He is drinking almost a whole sippy cup now! Yay!

Just waking up lol. He kept this face while we welcomed our friend Tyler over

Tyler bought GIANT marshmallows for s'mores lol

They ended up taking forever to cook and were more smoked that fired lol

But they were still yummy and a little gross at the same time lol

Getting the fire going. If you notice there is a shop=vac and cleaning supplies in the background. It was a rough start lol

Kyle chowing down on a giant smore made with cookies
I have forgotten to mention until now that Jamin officially has a 'blanky'. As soon as he touched it his thumb is in his mouth and he is ready for bed. It is the blue blanket in the next few pictures. I almost returned this blanket because it was one of the last gifts we received after he was born and I had already been given 4 others but it's a good thing we held onto it because he loves it!
Jamin is always so entertained by candles and fire

trying a mallow

Making a sign to welcome back our friend Michael who is in the Air Force and has been deployed for the past year.

Jamin helped with the sign!
Family Night! In college we would have 'Family Night' Every Thursday night. A group of us girls would get together and have dinner and hang out and then go to college church night or just hang out and be silly. Most of the group was in the Springs this past week so we all got together and it was just like old times. I love these girls so much.
Stacey giving Jamin some of her water

Malachi joined our little circle of friends lol

Ok this is when things started to get really funny. Stacey randomly wanted to do a handstand.

All of us joining her lol Jordan can't do handstands so it was hilarious

Yup Jordan still can't do a hand stand lol

Stacey and I helping Jor get up...this took a couple times lol

Human pyramid lol

I can't believe we got this shot on our first try!

We would always take family pics together. They always start our really proper and then they just get more silly.

Here we go...

Our signiture pose...this was taken senior year of college

I have so many of us doing this but I thought I would include a few. Such great memories with these ladies!

We also like to play a game where someone yells something random out and then you have to make a face that describes it. I can't remember what this one was.

this one was describing Sujin farting lol

Stacey and I trying to shove two giant marshmallows in our mouths

I couldn't breath at this point so I gave up

Stacey is the winner!

The amazing lightening storms that we get to see

God lighting up the night sky. So amazing
An update on Jamin: Jamin has been crawling like a crazy man. He is so fast now. His new thing is climbing onto the dryer door and the dish washer door and actually anything else that's about a step or two high lol. I was just joking with our friend Sonya last week that her son, Nathan, needs to teach Jamin how to clap and little did we know the next day he started doing it. He gives himself an applause all the time now. He has also been standing on his own for just a second or two and then goes back to leaning or grabbing or playing with something. He is currently saying 'mama', 'dada', and 'all done'- which sounds more like 'ah dah'. He is also signing 'milk', 'please', 'all done' and will wave to you and will shake his arms when you ask him to (this is something we do as part of a song in story time at the library everyweek) and is now a pro at high-fives (he wants to give everyone a high five now).

Wonderful little company!

Yesterday I had the honor to watch Nathan. Nathan's parents are Matt and Sonya, friends from our small group at church. We had a blast all afternoon. Both the boys didn't take naps so I thought it was going to be a rough afternoon but I think they got energy from one another. I was nervous for dinner time too but they both did great. Both ate like champs...even ate their vegetables!  I put these two to work right away lol Busy building something great! We went outside for a bit. It was hard to keep these two together in the front so we headed out back! Nathan loved exploring! Showing me a sweet rock that he found! Jamin exploring too! Wondering where he should go next. There are so many things to see in our backyard  The boys looking at the rocks and weeds lol Nathan showing Jamin the treasure (weed) that he found! We played on the swings for a while too. One would be in this swing while I held the other in the other swing! (Sorry my...

4/20-4/24

I couldn't really think of a title for this post so I decided to just states the dates lol. Last week Jamin and I went to Focus on the Family with our friends Sonya and Nathan. I just got done reading Bringing Up Boys which was written by the Founder of Focus on the Family, Dr. James Dobson. Although Focus on the Family is a place I would hear about while growing up, I really didn't know a lot about it. My friend Sonya went to their Institute and so our trip planning began to go visit it! Group picture after taking the tour We can never get a great shot of the boys lol These were taken in their really awesome play area! Love this picture! Stroller parking!!! A smile that makes my heart melt everytime! Jamin and Nathan Mommy was way too big for this little boat lol Silly faces  We also went to the zoo with Sonya and Nathan last week. Here are a few pictures! We even go the moose in the picture! Jamin got scared of the big hippo :( ...

Road Trip Part 5

Monday morning rolled around and we decided to make our way from Bozeman down to the West Yellowstone Entrance. The drive was amazingly gorgeous!  Just driving in Harvey!  We made it to West Yellowstone but were turned away from two different RV parks because of the amount of kids we had with us. This was the first time I have ever felt looked down upon and discriminated against. I literally had one man ripped a piece of paper out of my hands because he didn't even want to consider letting that many people stay in his park. I explained to him that they are all young and well behaved kids but apparently he has had way too many bad experiences with kids. We didn't let it get us down though. We finally found one that didn't have any concerns letting 4 adults come in with 5 kiddos. The place was actually brand new and the closest RV park to the west Yellowstone entrance so we really lucked out!!! After we got checked in we decided to go into the park ...
