Sorry for the size of this post...I didn't realize I had so many pictures from Keystone weekend.
This is from Father's Day weekend...every year we take a mini-vacation with my family. We stay in Colorado and spend the weekend with each other. This year we went to Keystone again. We had gone two years ago and decided the simplicity and convenience was perfect for this year because my we have a lot more little ones that last time.
We started out the trip by taking a walk into Keystone.
They have lots of little things to do for kids in town. This is a playground (mining shaft) for kids. Kaydence pushing Kyle down the slide. This slide was steep...I can't believe Jamin went down it as many times as he did because I was even a little scared going down and only went down once because my arms rubbed against the sides and it burned my skin lol.
Daddy and Landin going down a slide.
Grandma and Jamin watching the river
We took the free gondola ride up to the top of Keystone. My dad uses a nice camera every day but fails to take a nice picture of us on the ride lol....love you dad, just giving you a hard time :)
One of the workers letting us know to not get off at this stop lol
Jamin loved looking down
Two handsome boys
They had a sandbox and other fun activities at the top.
Kyle trying the slack line....I can't remember if Landin was still in the baby backpack on this attempt.
Grandma helping Jamin on the slack-line
Kyle still trying to master it....getting better!
Can't stay on for more than a few steps though
He finally caught on!
My dad wanting to try it out....his goal was to get one solid step lol
His ONE solid step!
Landin still getting messy in the sandbox. I can never keep my boys clean
My sister and her family stayed on the Gondola and never stopped at the top so here is the group that decided to get off and stay at the top to check out whats up there.
Running back to the Gondola for our ride down
This is my wonderful husband....mooning everyone who we passed on the way down.
I laugh every time I see these pictures of my mom trying to get down the steep slide.
She made it!
Going down to the river to explore...
Throwing rocks in the river...Jamin wants to throw a BIG rock into the river.
Leave it up to Kyle to pick up a huge rock out of the ground...Jamin was so excited!
The BIG splash!
Grandma and Jamin after stopping off at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory before heading to the house.
The next day we went to Breckinridge for their Fun Days
Getting in line to ride the roller coaster!
A view of the Fun DaysI took this picture because Jamin was more interested in the construction going on in the background that all the fun kids stuff to do at the Fun Days lol
A picture of all the brave riders! This is Jamin's first roller coaster ride.
Grandma and Kaydence strapped in and ready to go!
Melissa and Addy are next!
Jamin and daddy are all ready to go!
My boys waving to the camera!
Have a fun ride hunny!
At the end of the ride...
Yay so happy to see Jamin not freaking out!
We never buy those silly photos that they take for you on rides because they are a huge rip-off but this was an exception...Just look at Jamin's hair flying up and the big smile on his face!
Trying to get some family pictures...
Jamin loved being able to ride his bike...
His idea, he was doing a trick!
Going on a little bike ride!
Kaydence and Addysen joined us!
We decided to get off the bikes and go for a little adventure!
I love this picture of Jamin and Addy
We found a great spot to throw rocks and play
Walking across the 'bridge'.
The pictures don't show it but the water was moving pretty fast...we nearly lost Malachi but he was able to swim back to shore a while later...
Daddy and Landin!
Jamin's new favorite thing to do now, even at home....throwing rocks into water
The scenery was beautiful
Our walk back....Kaydence, Addy and Me!
Fun playing at the house...
My extremely attractive husband...
Another walk into Keystone for some fun!
This was the first time Jamin was brave enough to get into a bouncy house!
I think he had fun!
They have a huge sandbox right next to the bouncy house. Landin enjoyed playing here while the big kids did their thing
We ended the night with a steak dinner for all the dads and then Kyle, the boys and I headed out the next morning to get back to celebrate Father's day at home and with his family.
